UFC announces Fight Night event in Hamburg, Germany

The UFC will make its debut in Hamburg, the second largest city in Germany on Sept. 3, for a Fight Night card. It will be the first show since signing a television deal in the market after years where a local regulatory board had banned the sport being broadcast.

UFC announced today prior to the weigh-ins for Sunday's show in Holland that they will be debuting in Hamburg, Germany on Sept. 3.

The Fight Night event will be held at the Barclaycard Arena, a 16,000-seat venue which is the major arena in Germany's second-largest city.
