After nearly five years on the inactive list, MMA veteran Benji Radach is returning to the cage.
MMAWeekly.com has confirmed that the former UFC, IFL, and Strikeforce fighter Benji “Razor” Radach will be making his return to active competition on May 15 at Bellator 137.
Radach (21-6-1) will be stepping in for an injured A.J. Mathews against up and comer Ben Reiter (15-0-1), making his promotional debut for one of the only fight companies he’s never fought for in the past.
Last seen against Ovince St. Preux at Strikeforce: Henderson vs. Babalu 2 in December 2010, it’s been since 2008 that Radach picked up his last MMA win with a TKO finish of Murilo “Ninja” Rua, while fighting for the EliteXC promotion.
