Former RIZIN champ Manel Kape picked up his first UFC win in highlight-reel fashion, stopping Ode Osbourne with a flying knee in the first round of their UFC 265 prelim.
After sniping against his foe in game of counter-punching, Kape drew Osbourne into a flying knee that forced referee intervention at the 4:44 mark of the opening frame. Osbourne protested the stoppage, but he fell stiff after taking the shot and was taking punches when the stop came.

The knockout victory followed a series of setbacks for Kape, who signed with the RIZIN title and three straight wins under his belt only to lose a pair of decisions in fights against Alexandre Pantoja and Matheus Nicolau, respectively.
