It’s finally fight day!
There’s no title on the line but yet there is plenty at stake in the main event of UFC 264. Former simultaneous two-division champion Conor McGregor and former interim lightweight champion Dustin Poirier will meet one more time to determine who wins this rivalry. In 2014 it was McGregor who stopped Poirier in just a couple of minutes when they were both featherweights. Just under seven years later and this past January, Poirier evened the score with a second-round TKO in their rematch at lightweight in the UFC 257 headliner. Who will get the rubber match and presumably get the next shot at Charles Oliveira’s belt?
