The UFC 260 main card is underway, and 23-year-old Miranda Maverick just won a unanimous decision over the promotion’s #15 ranked women’s flyweight, Gillian Robertson. Maverick was doing her thing on the feet with combination punching, and despite having to overcome some bad positions on the ground in the second round, she beat Robertson at her own game in the final frame. Miranda is a bright prospect to keep an eye on, and she has already beat a ranked opponent.
Opening up the main card, Jamie Mullarkey put Khama Worthy on his highlight reel in just 46-seconds. It was a sinister left hook that did the damage, and then some followup ground and pound sealed there deal.
