It’s only fitting that the marketing for the upcoming clash between Jorge Masvidal and Nate Diaz would evoke a widely recognized warning.
Released on the weekend, the poster for UFC 244 features the Masvidal-Diaz billing in the style of a “Parental Advisory” sticker – an appropriate call given the unpredictable and uncensored personas of the two welterweights set to headline at Madison Square Garden in New York City on Nov. 2.
Masvidal enters this bout for the “BMF” title coming off of two of the biggest knockouts of his career against rival Ben Askren and one-time welterweight championship challenger Darren Till, while Diaz is one month removed from a successful comeback three years in the making with a win over Anthony Pettis at UFC 241.
