UFC heavyweights Walt Harris and Andrei Arlovski headlined a list of five fighters to be issued 180-day medical suspensions in the aftermath of UFC 232.
The California State Athletic Commission released the event’s finalized medical suspension report to MMA Fighting on Monday.
Harris defeated Arlovski via split decision in the final fight of the FOX Sports 1 preliminary card at UFC 232. As a result of damage sustained in the contest, both heavyweight veterans will be forced to seek doctor’s clearance on potential injuries (Harris, left knee; Arlovski, nose) or sit out 180 days before returning to active competition, per commission officials.
