Outside of a Conor McGregor fight, UFC 232 was about as big a PPV event as the world’s largest MMA promotion can put on. Two massive title bouts at the top, each one an event headliner in its own right. And underneath those fights, a card stuffed with notable veteran talent and fascinating top prospects.
It’s fitting then, that on a card of that magnitude, a little extra love would get spread around to the fighters making it all happen. Of the ten cards this year for which the UFC publicly released salary numbers, UFC 232 was the only one to have ten athletes break the $100,000 mark for their official fight purse.
