Stipe Miocic felt Francis Ngannou’s power but the “Baddest Man on the Planet” took everything the challenger had to dish out and kept pushing forward, forcing Ngannou to tire over the course of 25 minutes before being named the winner by unanimous decision, 50-44, 50-44, 50-44. Miocic becomes the first heavyweight to make a successful third title defense and he did it with a strong game plan.
