UFC 208: By the Numbers

Germaine de Randamie is now officially in the Ultimate Fighting Championship history books.

The Dutch kickboxing specialist became the promotion’s inaugural women’s featherweight champion in a unanimous decision victory over Holly Holm in the UFC 208 headliner at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on Saturday night. In a sometimes ugly, sometimes controversial affair, “The Iron Lady” was able to hang on against a game Holm as the world’s No. 1 featherweight, Cristiane Justino, looked on from her cageside seat.

For now, de Randamie will get some time to bask in the glow of her championship victory.
