Never has Ronda Rousey been doubted as much as a fighter as she is heading into tonight’s UFC 207 pay-per-view main event against Amanda Nunes at T-Mobile Arena.
The superstar former women’s bantamweight champion is down to a minus-150 (risking $1.50 to win $1) favorite over champion Amanda Nunes, who comes back at plus-120 (risking $1 to win $1.20). Consistent action on Nunes, who knocked out Miesha Tate to win the belt on July, has pushed the line down nearly a dollar from where it opened at local sports books months ago.
Rousey was a 10 times bigger favorite the last time she fought, when Holly Holm knocked her out at UFC 193 for the biggest upset in UFC history.
