Several weeks ago, I had the opportunity to interview one of the sharpest coaches in mixed martial arts (MMA) today, Jackson-Winklejohn’s Brandon Gibson. He is the head striking coach and architect of Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone’s recent run at Welterweight, a relationship he details in our conversation below. Gibson will also be in the corners of Tim Kennedy, Rustam Khabilov, Cub Swanson and his protege.
