Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) middleweight grapplers Tim Kennedy and Kelvin Gastelum will square off this Saturday night (Dec. 10, 2016) at UFC 206 inside Air Canada Center in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
After the controversial end to his bout with top contender Yoel Romero, Kennedy took some time off to hunt Adolf Hitler, help start an Athlete’s Association, and generally do Tim Kennedy things. He’s back now, and the veteran will be welcoming Kelvin Gastelum to the middleweight division.
Gastelum is an immensely frustrating fighter to like. The 25-year-old Ultimate Fighter (TUF) champ has a ton of talent and heart, but his weight cutting issues have forced him up to 185 pounds again, despite being a pretty average-sized Welterweight.
