Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) continues to roll out the "Embedded" pre-fight video blogs to promote its latest pay-per-view (PPV) event, UFC 203, which takes place this weekend (Sat., Sept. 10, 2016) inside Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio.
On Episode 4 of UFC 203 Embedded, heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic does a night session in his home gym, which is also playing host to welterweight CM Punk and his coach Duke Roufus. Heavyweight Fabricio Werdum gets a questionable haircut, as opponent Travis Browne does an underwater workout. The next day, title challenger Alistair Overeem embraces the festival aspect of open workouts, where Miocic receives a spirited hometown welcome.
