The field of fighters who are set to compete at UFC 202, which takes place tonight (Sat., Aug. 20, 2016) inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, are all official for competition. Perhaps most important, the two talents who will helm the pay-per-view (PPV) main event, Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz, have both enjoyed full training camps this time around and there are no short notice replacements. In other words, there should be no -- or at least fewer -- excuses once the dust settles.
Diaz defeated McGregor in their first meeting at UFC 196 earlier this year, weathering a first round blitz to storm back in the second stanza to submit the fatigued Irishman.
