After it was all said and done at UFC 198 -- which went down on May 14, 2016 in Curitiba, Brazil -- there was plenty of thrill and agony to go around.
Sharing in the joy was Stipe Miocic, who won the Heavyweight title after knocking out Fabricio Werdum in the very first round (see it again here). For Stipe, it's his first world title in mixed martial arts (MMA), which undoubtedly pleased not only himself, but the championship-starved city of Cleveland.
As for Werdum, he was left in agony after getting put to sleep in the opening frame, coughing up the title in what was his first defense after winning just over a year ago.
