Robbie Lawler led the disclosed payroll for UFC 195, earning $500,000 for his thrilling UFC welterweight title defense over Carlos Condit from Saturday night's main event in Las Vegas, NV, according to figures released to MMA Fighting on Monday by the Nevada Athletic Commission.
Lawler defeated Condit via controversial split decision to successfully defend his belt in an all-time classic fight. Two judges scored the contest 48-47 for Lawler, while one gave it Condit by the same score, with a close third round proving to be the difference maker.
Condit took home $315,000 in a losing effort.
