UFC 191 drug tests come back clean

Test results are back from the card Sept. 5 in Las Vegas and each fighter passed, according to documents obtained from the Nevada Athletic Commission via a public-records request.

UFC 191 was headlined by a flyweight title fight between champion Demetrious Johnson and John Dodson. Those two men were the only ones subjected to out-of-competition testing. Both passed.

The main event fighters had their tests sent to Sports Medicine Research & Testing in Salt Lake City. Every other fighter had their screens sent to Quest Diagnostics.

Frank Mir requested a therapeutic usage exemption for Adderall from the NAC before his co-main event fight with Andrei Arlovski and the request was denied, because Mir was too late in the process to apply, per UFC vice president of athlete health and performance Jeff Novitzky.
