Chad Mendes (pictured) and Conor McGregor will be hosting what’s expected to be a heated conference call Wednesday at 5PM ET/2PM PT to discuss their hatred for each other, which will culminate at UFC 189.
It was announced yesterday that Mendes will replace injured featherweight champion Jose Aldo to headline the July 11 event against McGregor for the interim featherweight title.
Oh, yeah. Welterweight champ Robbie Lawler and Rory MacDonald will also be on the line.
MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas hosts UFC 189.
