The long awaited heavyweight title fight between Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua appears to finally have a date and location.
On Sunday, Fury announced that a deal has been struck for his fight against Joshua to happen on Aug. 14 with the showdown taking place in Saudi Arabia.
“Got some massive news for you all guys,” Fury said in a video posted to Twitter. “I’ve just got off the phone with Prince Khalid [bin Salman Al Saud] of Saudi Arabia, he told me this fight is 100 percent on. August 14, 2021, summertime. All eyes of the world will be on the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
