Tyron Woodley picked up his first submission victory in almost a decade as he defeated Darren Till by second round D’arce choke in the main event of UFC 228.
What was the high point of the fight?
Straight away, Woodley opened the fight as the aggressor, backing up Till against the fence and trying to secure a takedown. The Liverpudlian was very hesitant at the start of the fight, using lots of feints but not throwing any strikes.
A right hand from Woodley at the start of the second round dropped Till, and it looked like the fight was about to be stopped as Woodley followed up with some hard elbows on the ground.
