The two top welterweights went at it hard Tuesday on Twitter when Woodley joked about Brown's prospects of getting a title shot. As one could imagine, Brown didn't take that too kindly.
In response to a FOX Sports article about Brown's desire to fight the winner of this weekend's title fight between champion Robbie Lawler and Carlos Condit, Woodley chimed in that Brown has never beaten a top-10 opponent. UFC president Dana White has said that Woodley is in line for the next 170-pound title opportunity.

Brown responded that he would "gladly" fight Woodley and added that he never turns down fights, unlike Woodley.
