Tweet of the day: Anthony Pettis tells injured Khabib Nurmagomedov 'karma is a b*tch'

Late last night it was learned that UFC lightweight contender Khabib Nurmagomedov was forced out of his highly anticipated UFC 187 contest with Donald Cerrone due to an undisclosed injury. It didn't take long after the new broke for former lightweight champion Anthony Pettis to have a go at Nurmagomedov, who had previously spent months trash talking him prior to his title loss to Rafael dos Anjos.

After correctly picking dos Anjos to "smash" Pettis in March, Nurmagomedov has stated in the past that Pettis was "never a true champion" and that he could finally "go back to the prelims".
