TUF: Latin America 2 runner-up Horacio Gutierrez signs with Combate Americas, set to debut in April

The Ultimate Fighter: Latin America 2 finalist signed an exclusive, multi-fight deal with promotion. Gutierrez made the announcement on Friday, and MMA Fighting later confirmed the news with Combate Americas.

Additionally, MMA Fighting learned that the 27-year-old fighter will debuting at Combate Estrellas 2, which will take place on April 20 in Monterrey, Mexico. The promotion expects to confirm Gutierrez’s opponent sometime this week.

Gutierrez made it to the finals of TUF: Latin America 2, defeating Daniel Salas and current UFC lightweight Polo Reyes. “Punisher” lost to Enrique Barzola in the final of the tournament, which took place at UFC Fight Night 78 on November 2015.
