The fighter salaries are in for last week’s The Ultimate Fighter 27 Finale, and rising middleweight prospect Israel Adesanya led the way with a $112,000 paycheck for his efforts.
The 28-year-old also received a $50,000 Performance of the Night bonus in addition to his reported salary. Alex Caceres, Martin Bravo, and Luis Pena also received $50,000 fight night bonuses on top of their disclosed salaries. The Nevada Athletic Commission (NAC) released the full fighter salaries to MMA Fighting’s Shaun Al-Shatti on Monday.
Adesanya, a former kickboxer under the Glory banner, put on a masterclass against seasoned veteran Brad Tavares in the main event, cruising to a unanimous decision at the Pearl Theatre in Las Vegas, Nevada.
