‘TUF 25’ Finale Salaries: Former WSOF Champ Justin Gaethje Earns $200K in UFC Debut

Justin Gaethje took home a nice paycheck for his Ultimate Fighting Championship debut.

The former World Series of Fighting titlist pocketed an event-high $200,000 for his second-round technical knockout victory over Michael Johnson ($47,000) in “The Ultimate Fighter” 25 finale headliner at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas this past Friday night. The Nevada Athletic Commission released salaries from the event on Tuesday.

That disclosed figure doesn’t include the $100,000 worth of post-fight bonuses Gaethje garnered for his performance in one of the best fights thus far in 2017. Gaethje made as much as $100,000 in disclosed earnings per fight during his tenure as WSOF champ.
