In a published message on Facebook, TUF 19 middleweight runner-up announced his release from the UFC and his intentions to take the rest of 2015 off.
Welterweight Dhiego Lima came up just short of winning the 19th season of The Ultimate Fighter less than a year ago. Today, after going just 1-3 inside the Octagon, he's been let go by the promotion. In a message posted on his Facebook page, the 26-year-old Brazilian announced that he's no longer under UFC contract and plans to sit out the rest of 2015:
"Had an amazing vacation in brazil with my family heading back to atlanta.
