If it seems like Phil Hawes just fought it's because, well, he did. But the top prospect will get right back into the cage next month.
Hawes will face Strikeforce veteran Louis Taylor at World Series of Fighting 32 on July 30 in Everett, Wash., the promotion announced Wednesday. Taylor's original opponent, Shamil Gamzatov, is out due to a personal issue.
Hawes (4-0) is coming off a first-round TKO of Joshua Key on June 17. He was ousted by fellow prospect Andrew Sanchez in the elimination round of The Ultimate Fighter 23, but quickly scooped up by WSOF.
