Tony Ferguson: Conor McGregor ‘would easily break in a few rounds’ against me in boxing or MMA

UFC 229 will be best remembered for Khabib Nurmagomedov’s neck crank win over Conor McGregor, followed by the subsequent brawl that leaves both men subject to the Nevada Athletic Commission punishing them in December. Somewhat lost in the shuffle was the thrilling co-main event between Tony Ferguson and Anthony Pettis, which saw Ferguson rally from an early knockdown in round 2 to eventually overwhelm Pettis and get the TKO win after Duke Roufus opted to not let Pettis continue with his broken hand.

Ferguson has won his last eleven fights, and the former interim lightweight champion surely wants his next bout to be against Khabib.
