Back at UFC 227 on Aug. 4, 2018, UFC bantamweight champion TJ Dillashaw fought rival and former teammate Cody Garbrandt in an immediate rematch that headlined the event in Los Angeles. That night, the champ defeated Garbrandt for a second time to retain his title. He stopped Garbrandt with strikes at the 4:10 mark of the first round.
Now, almost six months later, Dillashaw returns to the octagon as a challenger, as he’s set to fight UFC flyweight champion Henry Cejudo in the main event of UFC Brooklyn. The 125-pound contest will go down on Jan.
