“The Huntington Beach Bad Boy” and “The Bad Guy” are headed to Inglewood. On Tuesday, it was announced Tito Ortiz (pictured) will welcome Chael Sonnen to Bellator MMA on January 21 at The Forum in Inglewood, California.
Ortiz, who is likely entering the last fight of his illustrious 19-year MMA career, hasn’t been seen since getting submitted by lightweight champion Liam McGeary in September 2015. After losing seven of his last nine fights in the UFC, the 41-year-old Ortiz found early success against lesser competition in Bellator by winning his first two bouts before tapping to McGeary in the opening round.
