Tito Ortiz had no problem admitting he held on the choke on Chael Sonnen a bit longer than he should’ve, but he had his reasons.
On Saturday night, Ortiz took on fellow former UFC fighter Chael Sonnen in the main event of Bellator 170. There was a lot on the line for Ortiz, as this was the final fight of his legendary career and his opponent had done a good amount of trash talking in the build up of the fight. When the fight began, Ortiz was able to get Sonnen’s back in the first round after taking him down and escaping a guillotine choke.
