Four competitors from this past Saturday’s Gesias Cavalcante claim lightweight gold with a first-round knockout Pat Healy; Healy received a 30-day suspension in defeat.
Elsewhere, Deivison Francisco Ribeiro was suspended indefinitely after losing to reigning featherweight champion Andre Harrison in the co-headliner. The Brazilian was transported immediately following the bout after breaking his right tibia in the third round when Harrison checked one of his leg kicks.
Also receiving indefinite suspensions were David Michaud (right hamstring), Sarah Alpar (right knee) and Luis Zequeira (left eye).
