Entertaining flyweights Tim Elliott and Justin Scoggins will do battle north of the border in December.
Elliott and Scoggins are set to square off at UFC on FOX 26 in Winnipeg, UFC officials announced Thursday.
Elliott (14-8-1) was released from the UFC in 2015, but after a 3-0 run in Titan FC, which consisted of a title win and two title defenses, he participated in and won The Ultimate Fighter 24. That earned Elliott a title shot against 125-pound champion Demetrious Johnson and a return to the big leagues, but he ultimately came up short against “Mighty Mouse” last December.
