Twelve-time UFC veteran Thiago Silva will step in for the injured Michal Adryszak and face James McSweeny at KSW 45.
The Polish promotion announced the new matchup on Monday. KSW 45 takes place at the SSE Arena in London on Oct. 6 and features a heavyweight title clash between Philip De Fries and Karol Bedorf as well as a welterweight title tilt pitting Dricus Du Plessis against Roberto Soldic.
The 35-year-old Silva last appeared at Absolute Championship Berkut 82 in March, when he dropped a split decision to Mikhail Kolobegov.
