The Ultimate Fighting Championship pulled double duty on Saturday, with UFC Fight Night 99 in Belfast, Northern Ireland and UFC Fight Night 100 in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Both events were anchored by rematches. Gegard Mousasi dismantled Uriah Hall inside one round in the matinee. The Iranian-born Dutchman promised vengeance and a knockout -- Hall had upset him in spectacular fashion in September 2015 -- and followed through in grand style. Artsakh’s “Ara Gevorgyan” ushered Mousasi to the cage ahead of his technical knockout victory.
In the nightcap, Ryan Bader dominated Antonio Rogerio Nogueira before stopping the Brazilian with third-round punches and taking a 2-0 lead in their head-to-head series.
