The UFC kicks off 2018 in what could be described as suburban style. It’s not the flashy lights of the big city, it’s not the slums, it’s just a very, ‘this is all fine’ night of fights. UFC Fight Night: Stephens vs. Choi is a well booked, competitive night of bouts, featuring some interest for hardcore fans. And the main event should provide some great action, but it’s not a card that’s going to draw much attention. Still, we spent a bunch of time talking about it.
