If first impressions are any indication, Justin Gaethje has an eventful future ahead of him in the Ultimate Fighting Championship.
One of only 35 undefeated fighters on the UFC roster with at least one victory inside the Octagon, the onetime World Series of Fighting champion made his promotional debut in “The Ultimate Fighter 25” Finale main event on July 7 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, a reputation for unbridled violence preceding his arrival. Gaethje did not disappoint, as he overcame serious adversity to put away Michael Johnson with a volley of second-round punches and knees in a “Fight of the Year” contender.
