Surging Heavyweight prospect Francis Ngannou continued his winning ways last night (Fri., Dec. 9, 2016) at UFC Fight Night 102 live on Fight Pass from inside Times Union Center in Albany, N.Y., stopping Anthony Hamilton in his tracks with a vicious first-round submission finish (kimura). It was Ngannou’s first submission stoppage during his impressive UFC tenure and one that sheds light on his growing potential.
After a solid shot inside by Hamilton to begin the first round, Ngannou grabbed a hold of Hamilton’s arm, defended the takedown, thew Hamilton to the ground, put his knee on Hamilton’s chest and cranked his arm until the earning the tap.
