Fight fans were disappointed to learn the C.M. Punk's Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) debut was halted after the former WWE star-turned mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter suffered a shoulder injury during training.
The good news, though, is that the injury isn't so severe that he'll need surgery, as Punk -- real name Phil Brooks -- revealed on "The MMA Hour" that he didn't have any major tears as initially feared. And after "dodging the bullet," Punk says he'll hope to have a better timeframe for his Octagon debut in January.
