It looks like Mauricio “Shogun” Rua is firing blanks again. On Tuesday, it was reported an undisclosed injury has forced has forced Rua out of his April 16 fight against fellow former light heavyweight champion Rashad Evans.

FoxSports.com first reported the swap. UFC officials have yet to confirm the new tango.
Evans will be looking to bounce back from October’s unanimous decision defeat to Ryan Bader. Due to complications with knee surgery, that bout marked Evans’ first outing since beating Chael Sonnen in October 2013.
Teixeira has righted the ship by rattling off a pair of impressive victories after dropping two straight scraps.
