ESPN was first to report the booking. The UFC Fight Night event takes place at an as yet to be announced location and is headling by a light heavyweight showdown pitting Thiago Santos against Johnny Walker.
After winning five of his last six bouts on the regional circuit, Soriano returned for a second promotional stint at UFC 262, where he suffered a second-round submission defeat to Christos Giagos on May 15.
