Saulo Ribeiro is your next inductee into ADCC Hall of Fame. Two times ADCC champion is probably best known as an author of a renowned book Jiu-Jitsu Univesity, which is considered one of the best written BJJ instructional.
A black belt in both Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Royler Gracie, Ribeiro debuted in ADCC competition circuit back in 1999, when he made his way to 99 kg division finals, only to lose to Jeff Monson. He returned a year later and grabbed his first ADCC hold in 88kg weight class, by defeating Ricardo Liborio.
