You won’t have to wait too much longer before “Super” Sage is back in the Octagon.
Following an initial report from ESPN’s Brett Okamoto, the UFC announced on Thursday that 21-year-old lightweight prospect Sage Northcutt will square off against France’s Thibault Gouti at UFC Fight Night in Austin, Texas on Sunday, February 18th. The night’s main card will air live on Fox Sports 1.
Northcutt (9-2) returned to lightweight following a submission loss to Mickey Gall last year, and won by unanimous decision against Michel Quinones at last month’s UFC Norfolk.
