Ronda Rousey's mom reacts to UFC 207 knockout loss: ‘I am very proud of my daughter’

Ronda Rousey's return to mixed martial arts (MMA) did not go as planned last night (Fri., Dec. 30, 2016) at UFC 207 live on pay-per-view (PPV) from inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, as she lost to women's bantamweight champion Amanda Nunes in 48 seconds. While Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) president Dana White believes Rousey will handle the loss better than she did her defeat to Holly Holm back at UFC 193, Rousey's comeback tour ended in vicious fashion.

Rousey's mom, AnnMaria De Mars, took to her personal blog after UFC 207 to defend her daughter and shed light on the superstar's unwavering accomplishments.
