Former undisputed middleweight champion, Robert Whittaker has offered a rather one-sided breakdown this this weekend’s UFC 308 co-main event return against the unbeaten, Khamzat Chimaev, claiming he will “break” the Chechen when they finally share the Octagon.
Whittaker, the current number three ranked middleweight challenger, most recently featured in the main event of UFC Fight Night Saudi Arabia back in the summer, landing a stunning opening round knockout win over short-notice replacement and common-foe, Ikram Aliskerov in their short-notice main event feature.
As for Chimaev, the current number twelve ranked challenger has been out of action for a year by the time his UFC 308 co-headliner rolls around, most recently improving to 13-0 with a controversial majority decision win over former undisputed welterweight champion, Kamaru Usman.
