The UFC on ESPN 14 headliner between ex-champ Robert Whittaker and Darren Till was extremely close, though judges were unanimous in their final scores.
All three judges awarded Whittaker 48-47 scores, representing a 3-2 margin in the five-round non-title fight that headlined Saturday’s fight card at Yas Island in Abu Dhabi. While the scores were the same, the judges disagreed on the final two rounds of the fight.
Judges Ben Cartlidge, Anders Ohlsson and Clemens Werner all gave Till the first round, 10-9, and Whittaker the second and third round by the same score.
