Robbie Lawler could be looking at an extended layoff after suffering a torn ACL against Rafael dos Anjos in the UFC on Fox 26 headliner last month.
UFC President Dana White mentioned the injury in an interview with Yahoo! Sports, and it has since been confirmed by ESPN.com. The former welterweight champion is expected to undergo surgery.
"He blew his ACL, meniscus and every other thing that's in your knee out in like the third round," White said. "Wobbled over to the fence, laid against it and asked Dos Anjos to come in so they could just bang it out.
