The UFC is worth big bucks. Earlier today, Bloody Elbow reported (via the Wrestling Observer) that there are many rumors saying the promotion is for sale at 100% ownership, and that bidding was coming in at around four billion. ESPN was able to confirm that two bidders have offered 4.1 billion - WME-IMG (in conjunction with Dalian Wanda Group), and China Media Capital.
The ESPN article also breaks down how WME is going after investors, stating that they're asking each for a 25-50 million dollar investment, and that Kraft Group has agreed to that.
