The flyweight division in the Ultimate Fighting Championship is not quite finished yet, as the promotion is looking to book a pivotal matchup in the division between Jussier da Silva and Deiveson Figueiredo.
According to a report from Combate on Thursday, flyweights da Silva (22-5) and Figueiredo (15-0) will face off at UFC on ESPN+ 6 in March at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville. While the flyweight championship bout between Henry Cejudo vs. T.J. Dillashaw at UFC on ESPN+ 1 on Jan. 19 was expected to all-but end the flyweight division, this bout with major implications shows it may have life in it yet.
